Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM

Job Description:

A family in Tampa, FL, is seeking a dedicated and experienced housekeeper to join their household team. The family consists of two parents and two children, and they are looking for a reliable individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys maintaining a clean and organized home environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning.
• Deep clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchen areas, and other high-traffic areas as needed.
• Organize and tidy living spaces, including bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas.
• Launder and iron clothing and linens as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in closets, cabinets, and storage areas.
• Assist with household errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup, and other tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the property manager and other household staff to ensure seamless coordination of duties.
• Follow any specific instructions or preferences provided by the family regarding cleaning methods or products.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a housekeeper in a private residence or similar setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough deep cleaning tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide a minimum of 2 references from previous employers.
• Comfortable working alongside other household staff members, including another housekeeper and a property manager.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position with consistent weekday hours.
• 2 weeks PTO , 6 major holidays paid off
