A family of 2, located in Washington, D.C., is looking for experienced and self-motivated individual to join their household as a full-time housekeeper. The family consists of two individuals who lead busy lives and are rarely at home. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, ensuring the smooth operation and cleanliness of the residence. Additionally, the family has a beloved dog, so comfort and experience with pet care are essential. They require someone who pays attention to detail and has organizational skills.
Position Responsibilities:

EVERY DAY
- General tidying and housekeeping throughout the house
- Load and unload dishwasher, hand wash when needed
- Throw away old or expired food in the fridge
- Spray and wipe down countertops
- Make beds
- Sweep or vacuum the house and lint roll to remove dog hair
- Walk the dog and/or take to dog park OR arrange for dog walker/doggy daycare
- Laundry including hanging or folding and putting away

A FEW TIMES PER WEEK

•  food prep
• Groceries put away when delivered
• Take out trash/recycling; ensure plastic bags in all trash cans throughout the house
• Unpack deliveries and break down boxes
• Pick up and drop off the dry cleaning
• Remove plastic from dry cleaning and put away on appropriate hangers
• Run errands 

Position Requirements

• Languages: English
• Experience: 7 Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire

Position Compensation

• Salary: $35-$40/hr
• Work Days: Monday - Friday
• Work Hours: Flexible can be 8AM - 4 PM, 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6PM
• Living Accommodations: Live Out
• Vacation: 2 weeks PTO, 6 major holidays paid off
