Overview:

We are seeking on call compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:

- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary

- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature

- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding

- Engage in activities that promote physical and mental stimulation

- Provide companionship and emotional support

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as nurses or social workers, to ensure comprehensive care

Experience:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred

- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality

- Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy

- Proficient in documenting observations and reporting any changes in condition

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)

- Ability to pass a background check

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
