Duties/Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Manage and monitor network devices, firewalls, servers, routers, etc.
• Identify and resolve system and network issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain security protocols and measures to ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Conduct system audits and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry to ensure the organization's IT systems are cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and Unix.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Xen).
• Familiarity with network protocols and tools (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP).
• Understanding of security pros and measures (e.g., firewalls, VPN, encryption).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Industry certifications such as Google Administrator, CompTIA A , Network , Security , or MCSE are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time along with walking, sitting, repetitive movement, reaching (including but not limited to above shoulder reaching), repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, leaning, and twisting
