House of Compassion is a nationally accredited high-quality residential treatment facility in Grandview, MO. We focus on offering exceptional care for teen boys in a nurturing and safe environment. We are commonly referred to as one of the highest-quality programs in our area!

We are seeking qualified treatment staff to help support our youth who have experienced abuse & neglect. We have an incredibly experienced and supportive team that works collaboratively.

We have a stringent focus on respect and education. Because of this, we have a 100% high school graduation rate and typically work with youth who desire to be in our program.

Duties:
- Provide direct care and supervision to youth in a residential setting
- Administer medications following proper protocols and documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the youth
- Implement and follow care plans for each individual youth
- Manage conflicts and behavioral issues effectively
- Drive youth to appointments and activities as needed
- Monitor and record vital signs of the youth
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality
- Ensure the overall well-being and comfort of the youth under your care

Requirements:
- Experience in medication administration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and behavioral challenges
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and related care strategies
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient care standards

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
