Substance Use Disorder Counselor
The Counselor will provide individual, group, and family counseling to adults in early recovery from Substance Use Disorder in our residential or halfway house programs. Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology required. We will consider applicants with a minimum of 3 years of continuous sobriety and a year of social service experience. Masters preferred.This position may require working one evening a week and one weekend day each week. The counselor will work as a part of a team with other clinicians and have ample opportunity for consultation and supervision. Documentation is accomplished by electronic medical records.

Our compensation is good and benefits are excellent. Tuition waivers for graduate classes at EIU are often available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
