He/she will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to safety regulations, and timely completion within budget. Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of roofing technicians, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout all phases of roofing projects.
• Plan and schedule roofing activities, including material procurement, equipment allocation, and manpower management to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to evaluate project requirements, identify potential issues, and develop appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, implementing necessary precautions to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to communicate project progress, resolve any issues or conflicts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor roofing team members, promoting skill development and professional growth within the team.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking costs, and identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, work logs, and material usage for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Uphold quality standards and specifications for roofing installations, conducting quality inspections to verify workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in commercial roofing to implement innovative approaches and enhance project outcomes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial roofing in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Extensive knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques, including TPO, PVC and EPDM membrane applications.
• Prior experience in applying commercial roof coatings is highly desirable. This includes proficiency in applying roof coatings using sprayers, rollers, and brush methods.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and resource management to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and protocols related to roofing operations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in workmanship and project documentation.
• Must be local or willing to relocate.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluent in English.
