Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and control the functions of the service department including dispatching, fleet maintenance, safety, store services, manage 9-15 service techs.
• Bridge between service techs and the needs of a store operation group.
• Manage the concerns of store personnel and communicate solutions.
• Manage and plan training for our service technicians in the areas of customer service, time management, technical skills, cross-training, and best practices.
• Conduct ride-a-longs on service calls and preventive maintenance to maintain quality standards.
• Lead by example and inspire all field personnel to take pride in their work.
• Review service tickets, credit card statements, and expenses to ensure proper practices.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies

Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

• 5 years of Commercial Refrigeration experience 
• High School Diploma or greater
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to service and install.
• Must have a strong skillset in commercial refrigeration products, installation, and mechanical understanding.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration and controls
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic are a must.
• Ability to assist Technicians over the phone, or in the field.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and electronically
• EPA certification required.
