Venetian Marina, a Hoty Marine Group affiliated company, is looking for a Customer Service and Sales manager. Responsibilities include sales of marina services, providing customer service, and managing seasonal employees.

Responsibilities

• Sales of Dockage, Rack Storage, and Winter Storage Services
• Providing Exceptional Customer Service
• Managing Seasonal Marina Staff
• Working with office and bookkeeping staff to handle sales paperwork and payment processing.
• General Office Administration
• Work with service department staff to coordinate customer repair needs.
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work as part of a management team
• Knowledge of Boating a plus but not required
• Hospitality or similar service-related experience a plus.

Competitive Base Pay and Bonus Plan based on experience and skills
