Ensure a secure workplace and uphold adherence to quality objectives and policies. Collaborate
with business leaders to formulate, execute, and sustain programs while
enhancing solutions for the customer base. Proficient in programming and
operating Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMMs) and/or Optical Gaging Products
(OGPs), with a solid grasp of Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility
(GR&R). Able to interpret and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
(GD&T) principles. Possess knowledge of metrology and mechanical inspection
techniques. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and
adhere to effective documentation practices. Experienced in utilizing quality
software for inspections. Offer expertise in setting up and operating metrology
equipment, providing technical guidance, and diagnosing faults. Draft metrology
requirements and specifications to align with business objectives and support
validation activities. Take the lead or participate in continuous improvement
initiatives.
