Hotel Saint Louis a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel is seeking an experienced and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our housekeeping staff. The successful candidate will ensure that our facility is clean and well maintained and that all guests receive the highest quality of service.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties
• Ensure all rooms are properly cleaned and stocked to meet hotel standards
• Ensure that all safety and sanitary regulations are followed
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
• Manage inventories of cleaning supplies, linens, and room essentials
• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous supervisory experience in a housekeeping or hospitality setting preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
• Excellent customer service skills
