Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the facility, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Handle guest complaints or special requests regarding housekeeping services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform regular performance evaluations of housekeeping staff

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and proper use of cleaning equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
