The Hotel Monte Vista is hiring a Front Desk Agent. We are a historic hotel located in the heart of downtown Flagstaff, AZ. Front Desk Agents are responsible for operating the front desk from 12pm to 6 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival
• Carry yourself with a friendly and service-oriented manner
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Make reservations over the phone and in person
• Take payments
• Collect necessary information from all guests
• Provide information about hotel amenities, available rooms and competitive rates
• Respond and attend to guest requests in a timely manner
• Uphold a welcoming demenor and friendly customer service
• Practice excellent communication and organizational skills
• Be familiar with all Hotel Monte Vista's policies and rules
• Maintain a proper personal appearance
• Attend meetings as required by management
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Front Desk or General Manager or any other member of management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.80 per hour
