Restaurant Cleaner$16.50hr.Part-Time position with an opportunity to pick-up full-time hours during our busy season.Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces. Tasks will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning. Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.Essential Job Functions:
- Clean and supply designated areas of the restaurant.
- Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, restroom cleaning etc.
- Perform and track routine inspections
- Perform and track maintenance activities
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
- Maintain cleaning equipment and communicate any potential issues to Maintenance department
- Identify cleaning supplies and notify restaurant coordinator when running low
- Empty garbage and keep garbage areas clean
- Effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
- Communicate effectively and courteously with colleagues
- Other duties will be assigned as needed
- Meet personal schedule requirements punctually
- Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals used for daily duties
- Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Colleague Handbook
- Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting colleagues
- Be courteous, friendly, and pleasant
- Stand and walk for an entire shift
- Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, lift, carry, pour and wipe.
