Overview:

The brand new Hotel David Whitney, Autograph Collection by Marriott is seeking a luxury/lifestyle General Manager.

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent leadership abilities.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the hotel including guest services, front desk, and housekeeping
- Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage the hotel budget to ensure financial targets are met
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain high standards of guest relations and service
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability

Requirements:

- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Hotel management: 4 years (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
