Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an experienced Full Time Property Attendant at our Woodspring Suites location in Bethlehem, NJ.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Flexible. Committed. Team-Player. You are a dedicated hospitality professional with experience in a variety of maintenance duties: deep cleaning, preventative, landscaping, light electrical/plumbing.

Being an HMC Property Attendant:

As an HMC Property Attendant, you will take pride in and enjoy a variety of tasks required to exceed standards and guest expectations. You will coordinate the CLEAN & SAFE programs and will live on property.

Property Attendant Functions (to include, but not limited to):

Light electrical work: changing outlets or wall switches, etc.
Light plumbing work: plunging toilets, unclogging sinks, etc.
Preventative maintenance programs
Janitorial work: shampooing carpets, drywall repair, painting, caulking, etc.
Ensure security needs of property & guests are met
On call for guest emergency needs

Required Qualifications:

1 years maintenance experience, hotel setting preferred

Physical Requirements:

Repetitive climbing of stairs, ladders
Kneeling/squatting, standing for long periods of time
Able to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs.
