Hotel Lucine is Hiring a Night Audit Near Galveston, TX

A Night Auditor is responsible for verifying that all revenue and expenses were claimed, preparing reports for the next day's work, including reconciling accounts at a high level of detail. They'll also check room rates to ensure accuracy before reporting them on opening night.

Our Expectations & Requirements
  • Previous experience with hotel night audit or similar experience
  • Ability to be consistently punctual and ready to work at your scheduled in-time.
  • Embraces the Hotel's vision and service culture ensuring staff adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure safety and security of common areas during overnight hours
  • Willing to do all job functions within the hotel (including but not limited to housekeeping and basic maintenance as required to support staff of other departments)
  • Prepare for and respond to emergency situations. May be required to be the fire safety director during your shift.
  • Perform administrative and accounting work as required
  • Ensure accurate coordination of room inventory in property management system
  • Run pick up reports and other reports as needed
  • Help coordinate inventories and organization of materials as needed
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks and help arrange furniture before and after group events
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and be comfortable standing for extended periods of time. May be required to continuously bend, reach, and twist during a shift.
