- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided
- Manage and lead the team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration and excellence
- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies that align with the Hotel June West L.A.'s goals
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, handle guest issues efficiently and exceed guest satisfaction goals
- Control budgets and financial plans to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted
- Stay current with trends in the hotel industry and local market to steer activities that bolster the hotel's performance.-
- Collaborate with marketing to drive occupancy rates and promote our hotel’s unique attributes
- Manage contracts and negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data-driven economic principles
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage, motivate and lead a team
- Superior problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
