We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Valet Driver to join our team. The Valet Driver will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by offering prompt and courteous valet service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Hours:

Looking for part-time to cover about 2-5 days of 3pm-11pm shift. If you cannot work those hours, please do not apply.

Weekend Days from 7am-3pm shift.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Assist guests with their belongings and provide assistance as needed.
• Safely and responsibly drive and park guests' vehicles.
• Retrieve guests' vehicles promptly and efficiently upon request.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the valet parking area.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Follow established procedures for handling keys, payments, and other related tasks.
• Collaborate with the hotel's front desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest transitions.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 21 years old.
• Excellent driving skills and familiarity with local traffic laws and parking regulations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus.
