Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving customer complaints or issues promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Monitor and control expenses within budgetary guidelines
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies and increase bookings
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by enforcing hotel policies and procedures
- Oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Hotel Manager experience - 3 Years Must
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Knowledge of human resources practices, including hiring, training, scheduling, and
