The Hotel Equities' Paid Internship program is open to current college students looking to gain hospitality experience prior to graduation. Your Internship will take place at Hilton Brentwood Nashville, TN

From this experience, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Learn the hospitality industry from an operational perspective
• Gain Hands-on experience at the property level typically in the front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage
• Engage in One-on-one coaching from the Talent team
• Earn College internship credit
• Complete the Internship as the Prerequisite to our Manager in Training program
