National Hospitality Services powered by Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development, and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Office Manager for National Hospitality Services Corporate office located in Fargo, ND.

Your expertise shapes us:

The Office Manager provides administrative support to the corporate office to ensure the success and growth of National Hospitality Services. The Office Manager is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, providing overall office activities, including reception, mail, office purchasing requests, and directing and coordinating office services. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
  • Supervises the maintenance of the corporate space including coordinating equipment repairs, housekeeping, and maintenance of the space.
  • Manage purchases for the office, including requests for individual needs and full office purchases such as paper, toner and snacks.
  • Assist in coordinating office gatherings and events, including holiday parties, monthly recognition events, and other culture-related gatherings.
  • Sensitive and confidential information will be handled daily and must be committed to keeping information of this nature completely confidential, no exceptions.
  • Assist with projects and work to assist the Executive Assistant, Human Resources, Accounting, etc. as assigned.
  • Work in a professional and friendly manner with providers of professional services and vendors to carry out job responsibilities.
  • Take necessary steps to ensure the very best productivity, cohesion and teamwork within the NHS corporate office.
  • Ensure that NHS staff is aware of matters that affect their area of responsibility.

 You Are:

  • An enthusiastic, helpful, and positive member of the team. Highly energetic and motivated individual
  • A professional, responsible and mature in conduct and behavior
  • Three to five years of administrative experience in an office setting.
  • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
  • Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machines, FedEx and UPS.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to follow through on tasks and requests with no additional follow-up required.
  • High level of flexibility regarding availability, nights and weekend work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude and demeanor
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Ability to shift and manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven focus and ability to work through to completion promptly.
  • Adaptable to change.
