Full Time PM Houseman/Carpet Care The Hotel Colorado is hiring for a Full Time PM Houseman/Carpet Care. The pay rate for this position is $16.00-$19.00/hr. This position is responsible for cleaning all hotel carpets using a commercial grade carpet shampooer. It is also responsible for assisting housekeeping room attendants in getting rooms ready to clean. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Shampoo all carpets in the hotel; both on a rotating schedule and as needed. Strip guest beds of dirty linens. Gather up used bath towels, hand towels, bath clothes and mats. Gather the trash from the room and disposes properly. Transport soiled items, trash and debris to appropriate location. Assist in sorting linens for the laundry attendants to wash and dry. Utilize hotel communication tools to receive Guest Requests and respond as necessary. Delivers requested items to guestrooms promptly and courteously. Completes deep cleaning and various cleanliness projects as assigned by management. Assist in Laundry Department as required. Ensure cleanliness of all hotel public areas and housekeeping storage areas. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
