The Relay Hill Auto organization seeks to hire a VERSATILE and EAGER team member who can operate as a manager within a large, established automotive repair organization. The ideal candidate will be highly solution-oriented, takes on initiative naturally, and operates with significant independence as needed.

The organization consists of 5 auto repair businesses and numerous commercial real estate holdings, mostly auto repair shops and this team member will need to maintain emotional intelligence to interact successfully with junior and senior personnel in the organization. The ideal candidate will report directly to the owner of the enterprise and strong work ethic is required to keep up with the demands of the dynamic role.
The position is a hybrid role that operates at different locations across the metro, including but not limited to Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, and Denver.
Responsibilities
Capable of establishing/documenting structure in processes and procedures
Support in social media & website management, organic SEO, PPC, traditional mailers, brand management, etc.Develop into a leader that has personnel management responsibilities and acts as a cheerleader for the team with consistent positive energyStandard responsibilities for a service advisor or service managerParticipate in property needs for the larger real estate holdings of the orgCharacteristics
