HotBox Pizza is Hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader Near Indianapolis, IN
Hiring for 8am-7pm shift OR 4pm-3am shift.
MUST BE at least 18 years old with shift lead experience in the restaurant industry!!
HotBox Pizza is looking for awesome people! We want exceptionally friendly, outgoing, hard-working, and motivated managers. Ideal candidates also are good communicators and strategic thinkers. This is a great position for someone responsible and interested in developing his/ her own team.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of pie makers, front counter people, and delivery drivers during a shift
* Providing an amazing experience for our customers
* Upholding the HotBox Pizza standards for quality products and customer service
* Cash management

Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Must be able to open and / or close the store without supervision
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must be willing to learn all positions in our store, including Delivery
