Job Overview:
An established company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating projects, and assisting with various office tasks. This is a full-time or part-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
-Account Payable / Accounts Receivable
-Payroll
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
- Manage front desk activities such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Type and proofread documents as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
