Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties: - Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register - Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment - Follow food safety procedures to ensure safe handling of food products - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues - Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations - Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures - Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred but not required - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in culinary or food service industry is a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays We offer competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
