A. Performs CT examination per policy/procedure B. Demonstrates excellence customer service to internal and external customers C. Supports CT quality assurance programs per ACR regulations D. Follows all CT policy, procedures and practices as defined in department and CT policy manual E. Monitors CT area for safety and utilizes safe radiation practices F. Ensure proper working of all equipment and communicates with appropriate service personnel G. Demonstrates competency of image management utilizing RIS, HIS, PACS and AW workstation H. Demonstrates competency of venipuncture for all ages. I. Maintains required department confidentiality and abides by HIPPA regulations. J. Provides competent patient care to the above indicated patient populations by obtaining and appropriately interpreting data, making appropriate decisions based on demonstrated knowledge of age-specific growth and development, and appropriately adapting procedures and treatments. K. Takes an active role in enhancing ability to carry out job functions through personal and professional/job-related growth, development, and participates in medical center and/or departmental education programs. L. Communicates with and performs duties following the philosophy of MercyOne North Iowa and the Sisters of Mercy reflecting the organization’s Mission and Values. M. Supports and abides by all organizational, departmental, and safety policies and procedures. N. Proactively identifies safety concerns surrounding the work environment. O. Performs other responsibilities as requested by supervisor, manager or department director
