Job Description

Established seafood concept in the Dallas area is looking for a Kitchen Manager. Our philosophy is to serve 4-star meals in a casual dining atmosphere. Up to $60k depending on experience! Great opportunity to grow!

Must have knowledge of:

Fresh fish preparation, from breakdown to presentation
Scratch cooking
Menu and special development
Costing
This position requires a 5-day work week with 40-46 hours.
