• $60 to 65K for Assistant General Managers Base Salary, generous bonus structure

What we seek:

• Scratch kitchen experience
• Extensive fresh seafood knowledge
• Previously management of a high-volume full-service restaurant
• Good tenure and at least 3 years of AGM Manager experience or above
• Roll up sleeves mentality and hard working
• Ability to hire, train, mentor, lead, and build a team
• Strong with numbers, cost hitting track record, ability to multi-task well
