Looking for a maintenance worker to help with basic repairs to include, but not limited to drywall, painting, minor electrical and plumbing, changing light bulbs, assembling furniture, etc.

Also responsible for snow removal in the winter months.

This would be on an as needed basis (prn) and not set hours.

Potential to accumulate more hours based on skillset.
