Hospital Cooperative Laundry is a fast-growing provider of hospital linen services with over 600 employees. We are looking for an experienced Linen Operations Manager able to manage up to 15 employees at multiple locations.

Multiple Locations in the South Denver: Englewood, Highlands Ranch, Arvada

Qualifications:

• Have excellent customer service skills
• Have excellent verbal, written, problem solving and communication skills
• Be computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite skills, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Preferred 2-5 years of management experience. Pervious experience in operations of EVS, laundry, housekeeping, hospital, hospitality, food service, and warehouse is a plus
• Able to work flexible day time hours with some weekends
• Pre employment drug screening, background, and physical
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine (required)

Responsibilities:

• The primary purpose of the Linen Operations Manager position is to manage/lead onsite linen employees in several locations
• Maintain accurate and appropriate inventory par levels at each facilities
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and facilities
• Routine audits of distribution points throughout the facilities
• Push/pull linen carts that can weigh up 300 pounds
• Communicate with multiple levels of management at HCL and hospital facilities
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed
• Interviewing, recruiting, maintain records and employee performance documents
• New employee training
• Must have transportation to travel to different hospitals
• Other management duties as needed

Pay: $59,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
