Hospice of Jefferson County is seeking a part time (day shift) Home Care LPN. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on palliative care and symptom management. A valid NY State LPN License and Driver's License is required. Competitive pay based on work history and mileage reimbursement.
Paid time off, matching 401k and Health, Dental and Vision benefits are available to part time employees.
