Summary:
The PRN Certified Nurses Aide, (CNA) (Hospice) works out of our Holland office and is a member of the interdisciplinary group working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse providing various services for hospice patients as necessary to meet their personal needs and to promote comfort. The PRN Certified Nurse's Aide, (CNA) (Hospice) is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care given.
The days and hours worked will vary depending on need. The start time will vary between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. depending on patient load, location and preference. The ending times will vary accordingly between 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m..
Our service area covers all of Allegan and Ottawa Counties, parts of Muskegon and Kent County (the Grand Rapids metro area) and the northern tip of Van Buren County
