Team Description: Our homecare teams are Interdisciplinary teams providing hospice services and support to patient and caregivers in their home environment. Each team is divided up to serve a specific geographical area. Each member of the Interdisciplinary team (Nurse, Social Worker, Chaplain, Nursing Assistant) provides discipline specific services within their scope of practice to their assigned patients, while working as a collaborative team to support our mission.
This position works Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm with very minimal on-call and an amazing team!

A Diploma or Associates Degree in nursing required; Bachelor Degree preferred.
Current, active, and unrestricted NC license as Registered Nurse (RN). Current CPR required; CHPN preferred
Minimum 1 year related experience. Experience in direct care of patients with life limiting illnesses required. Related experience may include hospice and palliative care; family medicine; internal medicine; geriatrics, oncology; home health care; medical surgical
Computer proficiency required
