Hospice & Community Care of Rock Hill, SC is actively hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to work On Call!

Shift Details: On Call for 8 or 16 hour shifts. Flexibility with days or nights to fit your scheduling needs!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the other team members in coordinating services for the patient in accordance with the physician; also maintain communication regarding patient care needs.
• Make visits to patients to provide nursing care, instruction, and support to patients and families (i.e. pain and/or symptom management, crisis intervention, death visits, admissions)
• Present services, obtain initial physician orders, and complete all necessary paperwork related to nursing admissions and other visits as necessary.

What You’ll Need:

• Registered Nursing license in South Carolina, or be eligible for licensure in South Carolina.
• Valid CPR certification
• Valid South Carolina Driver’s License and reliable transportation to make visits to patient homes and facilities
• Experience in healthcare, home care, or hospice setting is preferred, but not required
