Job Summary:
The Inspection Supervisor leads the team of in-process, final and DQR inspection, in a high mix, low volume aerospace component manufacturing environment. This role is expected to balance expertise in inspection techniques for precision tolerance components, along with strong interpersonal skills to motivate the team to work toward common goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day priorities for the inspection team, and cross-training staff on the best methods to improve the speed and accuracy of inspection without ever sacrificing the quality of work performed.
