Pay Rate: Base plus commissions on sales, our top performing Comfort Consultants can earn up to $150k/year!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass background and drug screen
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2 years of in-home or consultive sales experience
• Proficient in PC-based computer systems and software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Time and activity management skills
• Team player who works and communicates well with people at all levels
• Professional appearance
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing opportunities/projects simultaneously
• Ability to walk/navigate construction sites and buildings, climb ladders, traverse roofs
• Residential load calculation experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough in-home consultations with prospective customers to understand their HVAC needs, preferences, and pain points
• Build rapport and establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients by demonstrating expertise and empathy
• Perform detailed assessments of customer's heating, cooling, and ventilation and make recommendations for appropriate solutions
• Tailor product recommendations to address individual client needs, budget constraints, and energy efficiency goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's HVAC products, features, and benefits
• Prepare written proposals that outline the scope of work, pricing breakdown, and any available financing options
• Address customer concerns and objections with professionalism and confidence
• Input and maintain accurate client information, interactions, and sales progress in the company's CRM
• Communicate effectively with other departments to provide necessary information for seamless project execution
