Under Occasional supervision, will share and perform a variety of complex and routine administrative duties in a fast paced, customer service-oriented environment to ensure efficient office operations. Some of the duties of this position will involve receptionist, insurance auditing, scheduling physicals, processing payroll actions; assisting employees with address, beneficiary, insurance and retirement change actions; copying and filing. Successful candidate must be energetic, possess a positive attitude, and have strong organizational skills and a willingness to be a team player. Requires daily multitasking. Must be able to present Benefits and /or County Guidelines PowerPoint during New Hire Orientation. Will have to set up meeting space for New Hire Orientations and HR related events. Must be able to lift 50 lbs occasionally. Will perform other related duties as required. Reports to Human Resources Generalist.
