As a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, you will collaborate with project managers, engineers, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting.

Responsibilities, Expectations, and Duties:

Federal Reporting:

    • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather relevant data and documentation required for federal reporting on telecom infrastructure projects.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data submitted for federal reporting purposes.

Compliance Monitoring:

    • Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to federal regulations, grant requirements, and reporting deadlines.
    • Identify and address any compliance issues promptly and effectively.

Communication:

    • Facilitate communication between project teams, government agencies, and stakeholders regarding reporting requirements, progress updates, and any compliance issues.
    • Serve as a central point of contact for all regulatory and reporting-related inquiries.

Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing telecom infrastructure projects.
    • Manage permitting and licensing processes to ensure timely approvals and compliance with regulations.

Support Public Involvement:

    • Support the public involvement team as needed in engaging with community stakeholders and addressing any regulatory concerns or inquiries.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of federal regulations related to telecom infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling proposals for federal grants and effectively communicate project objectives, methodologies, and outcomes.
  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs or compliance management preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as regulatory affairs, public policy, engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
