Horner Industrial Group is Hiring a SMT Operator Near Indianapolis, IN
GENERAL PURPOSE: This position’s primary focus is providing resource support to the SMT processes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
- Perform SMT setup/loading/unloading per specifications
- Conformance on process requirements to meet product specifications
- Participate in pertinent projects as required by supervision
- Adherence to company requirements to ensure safety in the process and to protect product quality and integrity
- Operate all SMT machines/equipment to produce high quality products
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 yr college is preferred (but not required)
- Basic TH/SMT knowledge
- Flexibility to change priorities as required by operations
- Team worker

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
