Horne Collision Center is a premier auto body repair center with an over 16,000 sq. ft. vehicle repair facility found on the Deuce of Clubs in Show Low, Arizona. Horne Collision Center offers an extensive list of services and repair options!

We have an Immediate Position available for a Collision Estimator Position. Come join our team of experienced, talented I-CAR Gold Class certified management and techs to always deliver the highest level of service and completed work.

Ideal Candidate:

  • An estimator that can handle a High Volume Dealer Environment.
  • Able to write and handle at least $100k- $150k in parts & labor sales per month.
  • Used to writing in a fast paced, high volume, repair facility.
  • If you have Body Shop or Collision Center Estimator Experience, YOU will Complement this position
  • Ability to handle customers with a high level of Customer Satisfaction in mind.

About Us:

  • Horne Collision Center staff have an average of 20 years’ experience in the auto body and collision repair industry. We provide a limited lifetime warranty on all paint and body work.
  • Horne Collision Center has not one, but two Chief frame racks with a Genesis Velocity laser measuring system.
  • Our shop has three paint booths. Three booths give Horne Collision Center the ability to paint multiple vehicles at the same time. The bake feature of the booths enables shop to duplicate the factory paint finish.
  • R-M Diamont system is the shop’s paint of choice. RM's Paint Performance Guarantee Program backs repairs made with the Deltron system, good for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.
  • Horne Collision Center possesses a Pneumatic Henrob rivet tool. This tool is specifically designed for use on aluminum body panels, found on the Ford F-150 and other vehicles.
  • Horne Collision Center is an I-CAR Gold Class certified collision repair facility in the White Mountains. We are highly trained in the technology of your vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customers Concerns with their vehicles
  • Writing estimates and invoicing of all repairs
  • Ability to decide repair vs replacement considering safety, cost and cycle time
  • Preparing insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimate and recommendations
  • Working directly with insurance adjusters
  • Assisting customers with their needs while maintaining a high CSI Score Rating

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Automotive Background/Knowledge needed- Body Shop and Collision Estimator Experience will work too
  • Should have 2-3 years of previous computer estimating experience
  • Knowledge of CCC One or ADP estimating platform is required
  • Knowledge with CCC one Management a plus but not required
  • Ability to communicate professionally to co workers and customers
  • Must have clean & valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 or over

Might be a great fit if you have worked previously in an Auto Body Environment or as an Auto Body Estimator / RPM (Repair Process Manager)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
