Hormones are chemical messengers that are secreted directly into the blood, which carries them to organs and tissues of the body to exert their functions. Properly functioning cells support homeostasis or “a state of balance among all the body systems needed for the body to survive and function correctly.” When our hormones decline due to age, medical disorder or surgical intervention, our cells fail to receive the messages needed to function properly. This message failure can lead to illness or pathology.

With over a decade of experience successfully treating tens of thousands of patients in Virginia, Florida, Alabama, and Colorado, Hormone Health has developed proven protocols to accurately measure hormone deficiencies and gradually restore lost hormones in order to reestablish homeostasis.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner for our Bio-Natural Hormone Replacement Clinic in Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for: providing patient education; performing history and physicals on initial intakes and annual renewals; determining if potential clients are candidates for therapy; dosing patients in accordance with established protocols; conducting hormone replacement therapy procedures; coordinating with nursing and consultant staff; performing telephone consults with existing patients; and electronic charting. Additional duties may include: attending medical conferences; participating in peer review meetings; and maintaining academic and licensure currency. We are looking for someone who is confident, dependable, comfortable with autonomy, possesses a positive attitude, and is a team player.
