Superstar Setter Team Member

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our setter team as a Superstar Setter Team Member. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, possesses strong communication skills, and is passionate about helping others improve their health and well-being. The Superstar Setter Team Member will play a pivotal role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to identify and qualify potential customers who are interested in our health and wellness offerings.
  • Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their needs, preferences, and goals related to health and wellness, and determine their readiness to engage with our sales team.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for qualified leads to connect them with our sales representatives and provide them with further information about our products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish trust with leads by providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture relationships, provide additional information as needed, and encourage them to take the next steps towards achieving their health goals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads and provide ongoing feedback to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance metrics related to lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage leads and appointments effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
