SUMMARY OF ACCOUNTABILITIES :

The selected candidate is responsible for exceptional sales service in expediting order entry, daily account management, project management, CCAR facilitation, and increased efficiency of the sales service department.

• Work with the operations and purchasing personnel to coordinate orders and schedules to meet customer delivery expectations, and QC, R&D and operations groups as necessary for release of product.
• Provide regular communication to customer as to order and / or project status.
• Assist with and participate in customer visits, conference calls and sales meetings as needed.
• Initiate, manage and successfully complete new product launches with assistance.
• Initiate and manage label review for all new and revised customer labels.
• Expedite order entry into computer system.
• Initiate and track Customer Corrective Action Requests (CCARs)

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Education and / or Experience : Bachelor’s degree or minimum two years of experience in a customer service setting preferred.

2. Language Skills : Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.

3. Computer Skills : Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Excellent people and organizational skills necessary. Must be detail oriented, with outstanding follow through and an exceptional team player.

Response Process :

Shift Hours : 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm or 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Rate of pay : N6
