Job Responsibilities

1. Knowledge of raw and ground codes
2. Calculate and weight proper amount of each type of meat and seasonings per batch
3. Any other duties as assigned by department supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic math skills
• Ability to keep accurate records
• Able to identify types of products
• Good communication skills
• Good work history
• Read, write and speak English
• PHYSICAL: No restrictions pushing 500 pound vmags
• No restrictions prohibiting working in a 35-50 degree environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous related machine experience
