Hybrid in Westminster, CO

1. Responsible for generating forecast at the customer level from current day – two years at the family and SKU level.
2. Provides root cause analysis for customer specific variances to current forecast plan.
3. Tracks new customers and SKUs for inclusion in demand planning software.
4. Conducts data cleansing activities for planning tools including, but not exclusively, chaining and removal of forecast elements.
5. Performs what-if analyses, simulations, and scenarios in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
6. Performs division operational demand reporting using established forms and ad-hoc customer analysis.
7. Maintains proper inputs (locations and variability adjustments) for the Oracle Inventory Optimization software package.
8. Coordinates closely with sourcing, tactical and long-term supply planning teams to ensure proper flow of forecast at correct level through the various planning systems.
9. Desired skills: Qlik, and an expert level with Excel spreadsheets: Pivot Tales, Slicers, etc.
