Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in a Float Position working with Children with Behavioral, Mental and Developmental Disabilities.. As a Float, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations and assist with providing care a children of different age groups. This is a rewarding position that allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of children. The hours for this position will be as follows: Monday- Friday- 3pm-6pm , Saturday- 10am-6pm and Sunday- 1pm-8pm.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children with Behavioral, Mental and Developmental Disabilities is a plus.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and children
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
