Position: CNC Machine Operator
We are hiring 2nd shift sheet metal fabrication machine operators. These machines include turret presses, punch presses, cutting and engraving lasers, foot shears, and clamshell die cutters. Must be able to train on 1st shift.
Horizons Incorporated is a medium sized manufacturing company that develops and manufactures specialized identification products. Our products are used for applications as diverse as architectural signage to barcode labels on F-16s.
We were founded in 1946 as a research and development company and retain an entrepreneurial, technology focus. Today, we have 170 employees, 3 locations (Cleveland, OH, Cincinnati, OH & Bristol, England) and conduct business around the world. Our 70,000 square foot manufacturing operation includes continuous & batch production lines, chemical mixing, metal and plastic fabrication, screen printing & panel assembly, general warehouse, and shipping.
Horizons Incorporate has a long & stable history in Cleveland and the industry. We did not have any layoffs or furloughs during the pandemic and our average production employee has been here over 9 years!

Responsibilities may include:
- Set-up and operation of CNC punch presses
- Set-up and running of laser cutting presses
- Set-up and operation of power sheers
- Set-up and running of die cutting press
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- CNC or sheet metal fabrication experience preferred. We will train you!
- Energetic and able to perform work tasks both independently and in a team
- Excellent attendance record, on-time, and dependable
- Previous manufacturing experience (machine operations, inspection, reading blueprints, screen printing, metal fabrication, printing, assembly) a plus and could qualify for higher starting pay
