We are hiring an experienced Assistant Office Manager to help manage our office. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills as well as an ability to remain calm under pressure. A successful candidate will be comfortable working with a broad range of individuals, including patients and their families, medical staff, and insurance representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce office policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the staff in their day-to-day needs.
• Be a role model for staff.
• Manage office appointments, follow up medical records,manage office supplies, equipment and vaccine inventory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
